Chasity specializes in women and children 11 years old and under.

Credit cards, cash, and checks are accepted.
Insurance is not accepted.

Cancellation Policy:
Please allow 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule an appointment. Any cancellations under a 24-hour notice or no-shows will be charged a $50 non-refundable cancellation fee.
